You bring up an interesting point and one that I have debated with many
people. How do you address situations where the pro is an employee of the
club and receives a salary, but is paid as an independent contractor for
lessons? Can you mix the two? I find that the line becomes blurred when the
pro is asked to do "social events" on court that extend past the agreed upon
schedule (9-6) set up as a salaried employee.
