T-Online Sponsors Masters Series
According to a Dow Jones story in AdWeek, T-Online, a unit of
Deutsche Telekom AG, has agreed to pay Swiss marketing firm
ISL Worldwide AG to sponsor the Masters Series. People
familiar with the deal put T-Online's payment at as much as
$8 million a year.
According to the article, the deal will help ISL recoup more
of the $1.2 billion it agreed to pay for ten-year marketing,
broadcast and licensing rights to the Masters Series and for
online and other rights to ATP Tour.
