I am a tennis player. In order to maintain my flexibility and physical
condition, I do aerobics at least 3 times per week. At this moment, I am
trying to find more information about "Tennis Aerobics". My aerobic
instructor and I want to organize a "Tennis Aerobic" class. Does anybody
have information about this?
