points" include developing the character traits of self-discipline,
persistence and tenacity. It offers the opportunity to learn to face
challenges and to deal with pressure. It facilitates problem solving and
decision making. When you include doubles, it takes into account developing
cooperation and communication skills. In short, many important "life skills"
can be developed around tennis.
