Hmm. What frame are you having trouble with, and with what tension? Perhaps the
grommets are not in the best of condition? Is the a full polyester string bed,
or a hybrid? Are you certain that the stringer didn't nick the string (my
apologies if you were the stringer, but I have to ask the question)?

Perhaps reducing tension slightly will give the bed more give.
