We have provided old balls to schools, who use them on the legs of the kids
chairs to keep them from making so much noise when all the kids get up to leave
at once. We also have provided them to nursing homes and senior centers who
use them on walkers, etc. Perhaps dog kennels might like to have some for the
dogs they board to play with.
