Has anyone done a contract with a city to run a pro shop in a large tennis
facility? retail and racquet service only. Any tips on what to include or
watch out for. this would be a new facility start up - any suggestions on
how to handle the $ and labor side of things. approx. 1000 sq ft. any tips
on what to include in the constract involving tournaments - they expect to
draw some large tournaments. Thanks for your help.
