Re: Screaming while hitting

From: Miguel A. Hernandez <mhernande_at_yahoo.com>
Date: Fri 1 Jun 2007 21:01:08 -0700 (PDT)

Dear Ladies and Gents:

Focusing on screaming or grunting or vocalizing,
sounds a little silly. I would recommed concentrating
on breathing. Exhaling at the point of contact is a
good way to relax, and the more relax, the more
accelaration, and the more acceleration the more
power.

I've never told anyone to scream or grunt, but I have
told many students to remember to breathe, if by
breathing they grunt or scream, well that is there
way.

Regards,

Miguel
