[tennisbiz] Professional Burnout

I would like to know what tennis directors and club owners think are the
main causes of professional burnout in themselves and in their staff,
how they recognize it, it's impact on their facility and what they do
about it.

I am presenting a professional development workshop on this topic at
this year's USPTA World Conference and would like as much in put from as
many sources as possible.
